Timelines for resources highlight any resources that are over-committed. Resource Tracking View Displays and/or text reports on assignments of people by name or job category. The display shows all tasks each individual is working on, and when, and even shows an Indication over-allocations The Outline View Is the Minuteman Project Management Software primary data entry screen. It has a spreadsheet-like approach to entering tasks that allows the easy definition of relationships between tasks. It shows "the whole picture" in one view. On the left-hand side you can create an outline of your work. This is called a "Work Breakdown Structure. In the red and blue-boxes on the right you enter detail sub-tasks (t). Currently highlighted tasks at the top of the screen lists detail information for dates, costs, etc.. You typically enter from left to right the "flow" of work. You can move tasks around and create links between tasks, using drag-and-drop techniques. By switching to the PERT View, the work-flow can be viewed in further detail. Critical Path Tasks and Milestones are indicated in red. You can display a Percent Complete Marker for each Task or Milestone. The outline can be indented to five levels.
